There is no copy of your data here, no credentials, and no provider key — your administrator holds those from the first day. No support path starts with us logging into your cluster, so a fault is diagnosed from what your side can read and send us. Renewal has the same shape: a signed key your administrator pastes in, not a switch we flip. Both need someone on your side to do them.Licences, terms and renewal

Who decidesNobody at Teagsoft can approve anything in your installation.

Only a principal with an administrative role on your side can decide an action your policy holds back, and that role does not exist on our side. An unanswered request escalates, and with no decision there either it is refused. There is no escalation path that ends with us.Approvals and audit
